Training to be a better human

Explore the hardest frontier:
being human.

Nobody taught us what to do with envy, loss, pride or a kid with a phone. Humanauta is a map of practical routes for everyday life, for kids, teens and adults. Free, no accounts.

The map

7 routes open. The rest of the map is still being discovered.

Each lit route has 10 lessons and a 7-day practice, for three ages. The regions in the fog are the topics on the way.

The Humanauta family

They walk the routes with you

An ordinary family, with flaws. Nobody is the good one or the bad one: in every route someone gets it wrong and someone learns.

  • Nauta The guide

Shows up when you need a hint. No age, no gender.

  • Lía age 9

    Curious and competitive. Hates losing.

  • Teo age 15

Lía's brother. Lives on his phone and wants to fit in.

  • Mara age 41

The mom. Works a lot and wants everything under control.

  • Sam age 43

The dad. A joker who dodges conflict.

  • Tita age 72

The grandma. She's seen it all and doesn't lecture.

  • Dani age 15

Teo's friend. Knows how heavy the group can be.

  • Omar age 35

    Mara's coworker. Uses a wheelchair.

How it works

How a route works

1

Look at yourself

A short, honest mirror to see where you are. Nobody else sees your answers.

2

Understand

Ten short lessons: signs, real-life crossroads, an example to follow and what the evidence says.

3

Practice

Each lesson leaves you something concrete to do today. At the end, a 7-day practice in real life. That's where everything changes.

One route, three ages

Every route has a version for each age, with the same ideas told at their level. Families and schools can walk it together: each person in their own version, on the same day.

Kids 6–11
Lessons of about 8 minutes, with an adult. Activities, games and questions to talk about.
Teens 12–17
Lessons of about 10 minutes. Situations at school, in chats, on social media and with friends.
Adults 18+
Lessons of 12 to 15 minutes. Partners, family, work and everyday life.

Caring for a child under 6? In any route, pick “Little ones 0–5”: ideas for everyday routines and a story to read together. See it in empathy

Schools

For schools

If you teach, you can use every route in class starting today: free, no accounts, nothing to install. Project a lesson and do it together. We are preparing materials for schools: ready-made class guides, printable worksheets and workbooks.

Before you begin

Life slips by while we wait for it to start.

I'm not an expert in anything. I'm someone who gets things wrong a lot and is still learning how to live.

I made this place because happiness is almost never later: it's in the people close to you today, and in the day you're living right now.

You won't find sermons here. You'll find short routes to look at yourself honestly and change something, little by little.

It's always a good time to begin.
